How did it come about.....

As we all know, the market for high-quality printing requirements is constantly growing.
Today there are only two European suppliers for drying systems in the converting corrugated board industry.
We thought it is time and enough capacity to introduce another supplier to the market.
Together with our technical partner we have developed our idea of a modular dryer system and brought it to market maturity.

The infrared dryer is designed as a modular cassette system.
Each dryer cassette is equipped with four short-wave emitters.
Through a reflector plate, the rear radiation is reflected evenly on the drying surface.
The lamp area is protected by a quartz plate and guide bars against the ingress of sheets or pieces of paper.

The cooling air is led through the emitter area and fed to the inlet zone as hot process air for moisture absorption.
The quartz plate has only a temperature under 150 °C -> lower danger of fire.
The hot-air-nozzle makes effective process air available and helps cleaning the surface of the dryer from dust.

The control takes place via a modern touch panel.
Each cassette can be controlled individually.
The power of each cassette can be infinitely adjusted from 0 - 100.
The emitters of each cassette are monitored. A failure is monitored.
The configuration of the dryer modules can be saved per job order.
A safety light curtain is looking sharp over the dryer element to detect board jams or pieces of paper on the dryer.
HD camera with monitor - the machine operator has all dryer units in view.
Power Drop Down - The dryer unit is automatically swung down when the machine stops, so that no sheets or pieces of paper can remain on the surface.

-5.7 kW (length: 555 mm / width 150 mm) end dryer
-3.3 kW (length: 356 mm / width 150 mm) intermediate dryer
