The web cleaning system is usually installed shortly before the 1st printing unit, whereby the two manifolds are laterally offset. This ensures optimum cleaning of the front and back sides. Due to the direct contact especially the cut edges are cleaned.
Another installation position is after the perforation, after the slitting knives, before a coating or application unit.
